From old factories to the hottest places in town
Buttons factory < Vintage Industrial Bar
Vintage Industrial Bar was opened in December 2012 at the site which was once the old buttons factory. It's surface measures 550 m2 and consists of three separate rooms, and it also has a terrace for the spring and summer season. The Club has a really good location in one of the busiest streets in Zagreb, and it is well connected to the city center by public transport. The tram station is in front of the club.
Club interior is „industrial“. In the front central part of the club, there is a 20m long bar and visitors can sit on a high wooden-iron chairs. The middle part of the club is mainly the seat section and it is intended for more intimate atmosphere. There is a stage with full equipment in the part of the club designated for concerts, which can also serve as a 'disco' podium, as well as the backstage which leads directly out onto the stage.
Vintage Industrial Bar is designed as a place in which there will be concerts, literary readings, movie projections, charity concerts, private parties, conferences, and presentations throughout the year, and visitors who stop by for a drink or two will always be accompanied by a modern, alternative, indie or vintage rock music.
It is one of the most visited places in the city of Zagreb and its surroundings, and it is open all through the week except for Mondays.

Warehouse Katran < DEPO
In Aprile 2014, a team of enthusiasts and professionals transformed the warehouse number 3 of an old factory into a new club with a capacity of 500 people. It is a place that combines the passion for music, dance and entertainment but also the knowledge and the long-standing presence on the club and alternative scene of Zagreb. The synergy became new, hot place in town called DEPO!
It is a club that comprehends all music styles that move us, from punk rock and metal to swing, funk, disco, hip-hop to electronic music of various genres. DEPO brings it all. The goal was not to create some elite club, but a space where everyone can come and have fun, a place for all kinds of people who enjoy good music.
The outer wall of the DEPO club was painted by the young Croatian street and graffiti artist, Chez, whose works adorn streets of many cities in Croatia and Europe.
In addition to good music, DEPO has an amazing lighting and atmosphere, and every day of the week it brings its own specialized sound & groove.

Machine factory Medika < Attack
Attack is not just a club, it is the Autonomous Cultural Center. In 2009, they got permission to use an urban space in the machine factory Medika.
It became a gathering place for many members of subcultural and independent scene, artists and activists. The main motivation was to provide, primarily to young people, the space for authentic creativity, expression, and activism.
Club Attack is one of the many programs of the non-profit and non-government organization 'Autonomous cultural center Attack'. Club is based on musical programs that offer many different musical styles like punk, dub, reggae, trance, dubstep, drum 'n' bass, hip-hop, rock... It is mainly alternative oriented, and its monthly program is based mostly on concerts but there are also some DJ events.
The important thing is that Attack provides a place for musical newcomers and demo bands to introduce themselves to the Zagreb rock scene. It is a perfect place for young people to express themselves as well as have a really good time listening to the great alternative music.
